Its a quiet comfortable place with pleasant and helping personal. Rooms have good sound isolation. And you can always have water, fruits and tea/coffee in the lobby for free. The bar is also working

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The reception staff were extremely helpful and patient and the housekeeping staff on the 7th floor amazing. The rooms were comfortable and quiet and they were easily accessible by lift, as promised. I will be recommending this hotel to my family and friends. It is in a very convenient spot with access to the U Bahn and S Bahn at the top of the street. It could not have been more convenient. It is a very user friendly hotel.

The location of the hotel is ideal, about five minutes walk to the start of the tour buses and about 10 minutes from Marienplatz, which was perfect for shops and the Christmas market. The room exceeded my expectations for an 'economy' room and was spotlessly clean. It did overlook the street but I heard no noise from outside. The staff were friendly and polite, and were able to help with directions.

I booked a room for 4 since we travelled with our teen children. The room was very specious with the girls sleeping on a comfortable sofa bed. The breakfast was very good. There were eggs, bacon, hams, cheeses, fruit, different breads, cakes, nuts, yogurts, cereals, very good coffee, juices etc, of which you can take how much you want. The room was always cleaned up and towels changed. When we had minor problems (a missing pillow and quilt) the staff came up to the room immediately to solve the issue.

5 min walk from the main station hpf, close to the trams. Spacious room. Lovely helpful staff. Surrounded by Kebab shops for when you come back from a beer hall. Breakfast was €18 euros. I didn't have it, but it looked substantial.

Excellent hotel near the central station. Clean and well furnished rooms, nice bathroom and shower. It was a quiet hotel and we had a view over the back courtyard. The breakfast was exceptional, lots of choice. If I came to Munich again, I would definitely consider staying here.

The hotel is in an extremely convenient location, near the main train station and the old center area. It has a nice little lobby area, a breakfast area and cute garden with seating in the back. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything. The room was comfortable with enough outlets for our electronics

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and wanted to make your stay comfortable.The front desk took care of a noise issue one night. The breakfast was fantastic (the best we had on our month long trip} and the staff working the breakfast were very nice.
